 Agnes is a senior therapist and social worker who has provided counseling services in kindergarten, primary and secondary schools, and tertiary education. Her clients include children and adolescents, and she often provides training and professional development for special needs students, teachers, social workers, and frontline workers. She also has many years of experience in case supervision and service management. Agnes has served as an internship social work supervisor at university, as well as a guest speaker and workshop facilitator.

Agnes primarily uses the Gottman Method Couple Therapy in her practice. Depending on individual needs, she also provides sex therapy for couples, partners, single individuals, or cancer survivors to help them manage their relationships and provides sex education as needed.

Agnes has studied under University of Florida Professors Sheila Eyberg and Cheryl McNeil, and is a certified trainer recognized by PCIT International, which allows her to provide certification training for counselors in Hong Kong. In addition, Agnes has also studied other therapies, such as Trish Purnell-Webb's Gottman Method Couple Therapy in Australia, Dr. Sophie Havighurst's Tuning in to Kids™ Emotional Intelligence Parenting in Australia, Dr. Monica Fitzgerald's Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in the United States, Carolyn Webster-Stratton's Incredible Years, Dr. Gina Gomez de la Cuesta's LEGO-based therapy, and has published articles in international journals.
