“Heart and Soul” Comprehensive Therapy for Relationships and Sexuality

According to the World Health Organization, "sexual health is a state of physical, emotional, mental, and social well-being in relation to sexuality; it is not merely the absence of disease, dysfunction, or infirmity. Sexual health requires a positive and respectful approach to sexuality and sexual relationships, as well as the possibility of having pleasurable and safe sexual experiences, free of coercion, discrimination, and violence."

Our professional team consists of experienced sex therapists and sex educators accredited by the Hong Kong Association of Sexuality Education, Research and Therapy (HKASERT). Our therapists' professional backgrounds include senior social workers, counsellors, nurses, and family therapists, among others. We also regularly provide professional consultations and exchanges on sexual health issues. We conduct lectures and workshops regularly for different organizations and schools to promote the importance of sexual health. Please feel free to contact us and make an appointment.

Sex therapists may work with individuals or couples to address a variety of sexual issues and concerns, including:

1. Sexual dysfunction: This includes issues such as erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and difficulty achieving orgasm.
2. Low sexual desire: This may involve a lack of interest in sex, a lack of sexual fantasies or thoughts, or a lack of sexual attraction to one's partner.
3. Painful sex: This can include Vaginismus (Genito-Pelvic Pain/Penetration Disorder), pain during intercourse, pain during arousal, or pain during orgasm.
4. Sexual trauma: Sex therapists may work with individuals who have experienced sexual trauma, such as sexual abuse or assault, to help them process their experiences and regain confidence.
5. Relationship issues: Sex therapists may work with couples to address relationship issues that are impacting their sexual intimacy, such as communication problems, infidelity, or a lack of emotional connection.
6. Gender and sexuality: Sex therapists may work with individuals who are questioning their gender identity or sexual orientation, or who are dealing with issues related to their sexual orientation or gender expression.
